  • Non-delivery of Service: If a service has not been delivered within the promised timeline, and you have not received any updates, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
  • Technical Error on Our Side: If a major technical issue caused by 99lnk prevents the delivery or functionality of your purchased service.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for completed projects, downloadable digital products, paid consultations, or services that have already been partially delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after service delivery has started
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or incomplete requirements
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after full delivery
  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., social media platform bans, algorithm changes)
  • Any breach of our Terms of Use or service agreement

4. Subscription Services

For monthly or recurring subscriptions (e.g., social media growth or automation tools):

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before renewal.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue may result in a permanent ban from using our services and legal follow-up.
